CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES UK
To receive your order before Christmas, please place your order by 13.00 on Wednesday 22nd December.
Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched and delivered week commencing 27th December.
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
UK orders are delivered by DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text message (SMS) from DPD with an estimated delivery window. Please note that the text will mention Tigers Glogal Logistics as the shipper – not HandiWorld Ltd. To ensure that you receive these SMS updates, please provide a mobile number with your order.
Standard Service (£2.50 or free for orders over £50.00*)
*Please note that the delivery charge is automatically deducted from your basket.
This is our standard delivery service and currently takes 2-3 working days. Please note that deliveries are made Monday – Friday between the hours of 09.00 – 18.30.
Express Delivery (£8.95)
This is an additional option that can be selected during the checkout process and currently takes 1-2 working days. Please note that deliveries are made Monday – Friday between the hours of 09.00 – 18.30. If you place an order with this option selected on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Saturday Delivery (£15.00)
A Saturday before 12.00 midday delivery service is available and can be selected at checkout. Orders need to be placed by 12.00 midday Friday. Please note that this service may not be available to all UK post codes To check, please email sales@handiworld.com.

EUROPE
For European and non-EU shipments we use courier services supplied by either DPD or UPS. Transit times are typically 3-4 working days to most European destinations and longer for some addresses in outlying areas.
UPDATE July 2021 – Please note that our preferred carrier to Europe (DPD) now requires a Personal Identification Number for shipments to some European countries. Should this be required for your order, we will contact you as your order is being processed.
